I have no idea what a "sealed" felony is, however, even if you obtained a pardon or a Certificate of Relief from Civil Disabilities, you must acknowledge the convictions on all applications including but not limited to Law School and for the Character and Fitness committee of the judicial department within which you hope to be admitted.

After that, it will be up to the committee from your department to decide if you are rehabilitated sufficiently to be granted admission.

While it sounds like a crap shoot, speaking to a good law school advisor ought to give you enough information to help you decide if you want to take the chance. You also may want to try speaking to a lawyer who has had cases of applications before your C & A Committee. He also can give you the odds.

Good Luck.
