Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
i need help
i had a fight with this girl n she called the cops and i had arrested...they let me go, n they give another court date n i went, i had 2 do 2 days of commuity service which i did already, n i have 2 pay from surcharges..and i agree 2 pay it..but now i dont have the money 2 pay for it..n i have 2 go bac 2 court on jan 6 2009

You have to pay for the fine, BUT if you do not have the money make sure you go to court and explain yourself. You MUST go, If you do not they will place a warrant out for your arrest.
