My son was in a fight on sat. the 20th of Sept. He got jumped at a house party and they broke his nose and needs plastic surgery.Can I sue the renter of the apartment flat or the owner of the dwelling through homeowners ins.Any help would be appreciated.A police report was not yet filed.Thank You
