how to file a civil suit
how do you file a civil law suit without an attorney against a town board, assessor, ans lawyer when you have proof of official misconduct and perjury, tampering with county records.

1. you have to show that you are the person (one of the persons) with a right to file the lawsuit. This is called 'standing'.
2. you have to have a legal injury and a legal theory (violation of a particular law, etc) called a 'cause of action'.
You may have neither a cause of action or standing under the facts you have suggested. You can still go to the 'district attorney' or, better, the attoney general of the state of new york with your evidence.
