Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Filing a 440.20 Motion Pro Se
My fiance is currently in prison upstate doing a 3 1/2 to 10 1/2 for a Grand Larc. 2 (non auto).He is currently putting together a 440.20 motion, pro se, and would like to know if copies of all sited cases are required to be included in the arguement and/or documents submitted?
