Firts offense drug posession

ok, here's the deal...my boyfriend and i were living together but we have been fighting so for 2 months, i have been living with my mother. well, the house got raided and it was his first offense. they told him it was a felony and hes going to get 7-40yrs....he has never been in trouble before...whats the worst that could happen and am i going to be in trouble also?...he said no im not...am i?

It is impossible to answer your questions based on the information you have provided. It sounds like a search warrant was executed and drugs were found. Without knowing the quantity of drugs, or the type of drugs, an estimate of what sentence might be imposed is impossible.
