Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
fraud, theft, and blackmail
Ex-wife never informed that she was legally bankrupt at time of marriage. At divorce proceeded to steal personal belongings, cash, and committed blackmail. What recourse do I have against her.

Is your Divorce final? If not, bring these issues to the attention of your Divorce lawyer and the Court. If the Divorce is final, contact the police in the City/Town in which you live and file criminal charges against her.
