Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Fraud
I worked at a HolidayInn. They have a rewards program called Priority Club. I was never trained on this club only showed how to enroll guests. For each guest I enrolled I received $1. I was recently fired for what they are calling fraud because I was enrolling guests before they checked in. Is this really fraud?

Re: Fraud
Yes, this can be construed as fraud, and you could potentially face criminal charges for this... now, do i think they will file criminal charges against you, no. They likely will just leave it at the firing.
wish you luck....
