Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have a friend who is getting raped by the same guy over and over again she now lets him becuase he told her that if she told any one that he would kill her and her family and she knows him well enough to know that he is not bluffing. she wont tell me who he is and wont go to the police. he either drugs her or beats he untill she losses conteiousness. idk what to do she lives in new york an d i live in indiana so i cant go beat the crap out of the guy or protect her.

She should contact the police immediately, If she refuses you should contact them or a private investigator or some other qualified professional. Something needs to be done immediately. This is a personal not legal opinion.
