My friend recieved a ticket for drinking in public in Queens, NY. He wants to just plead guilty and pay the fine, but is under 21. Can this have any further repercussions on him or affect him in the future?

He can just pay the fine. The summons is just an infraction and will have no permanent affect on his record or his future.
