Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Someone I know went into Gamestop and cancelled my preorders (stealing 256 dollars from me). Because he impersonated me wouldn't that mean he committed Fraud?

Yes, it may well lead to that sort of criminal charge, however the monetary amount is not too high. You would need to report the incident to the police, they would be the ones to take action.
