gang assault in the 1st degree
My boyfriend is a 21 yrs old male who has no criminal background n is being charged with a b felony.Is it possible for him to plea to a 6/5 split.

it seems as if the offer is excessive on a first offense. I would suggest you contact our office and discuss the particulars of this case, no attorney, that is not your attorney, can advise you specificaly to take or deny any plea, it would be unethical... what I can tell you is the numbers seem quite excessive... other questions to be ased are citizenship/ residency... and more importantly the specifics of the incident itself.
