can you be proven innocent if the stuff came from your house but your finger prints and is not on it, you were there but didnt do the crime but the others who are arrested say you did can you be innocent or how many years would that be.

In order to be an accomplice a person does not need to participte directly in a crime. Gang assault in the first degree is a Class B Felony, gang assault in the second degree in a class C felony. Depending on your previous record, specifically any previous conviction for a violent felony, you may face well over ten years of time.
