My girl was charged with 220.16 FB (CRIM POSS CONTRL SUBST-3RD B Felony) & she has no priors nor jail records. How much time can they give her.

It depend on the circumstance of the possession and if she is a user. Most likely probation, unless the DA believes she is a dealer. She may get a drug treatment program and a dismissal. There are a lot of possibilities.
