me and my girl
how would my girl friend go about dropping charges on me from a fight we had we are in counseling and doing alot better since then

The only person that determines whether to reduce a pending criminal charge is the prosecutor. Your girlfriend should contact the District Attorney handling the case. Major caveat - if there is an order of protection in effect that mandates you stay away you should not be in contact with your girlfriend. You risk being re-arrested on new charges if she changes her mind about reconciliation.
