Ok me and a girl was in a relationship she was 13 im 17 she came over and we had sex i didnt force her or rape the cop siad it had nothing to do with rape just age.Her mom pressed charges on me can i go to jail even the fact that she came over and lied about her age

You can go to jail. The only thing that matters is her actual age, not what she told you.
