Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
grand jury apearance?
I got a letter from district att. that I may be subjected to a criminal charge in connection with a fire in which 4 people died. the letter says i i elect to testify i will be asked to waive immunity should i testify or should i not i am under no obligation to do do the letter says

Do not testify without a grant of immunity. Do not do anything without the advice and representation of a competent criminal defense attorney.
