Grand Larceny Charge

What is a typical charge for a second offense in grand larceny in the 2nd degree in ny?

Well, the charge is generally exactly what you described it to be... I'm assuming you mean the what would be the potential sentence or punishment... in most instances of repeat offenses they are treated more seriously the second time around. Also, if there was any probation on the previous charge and this new arrest were a violation of that probation then this would without question be a much more serious situation... overall he could be looking at potential jail time because of this charge.
