grand larceny

in 2002 i was convicted of grand larceny class E for 6000.00. my sentence was 5yrs probation and full restitution which i completed and recieved a release of disabilites. now i am struggling to seek employment i graduated with a BA in psch and now every employment rejects me? i need to know what to do for future prospctive employments and what r the do's and dont's

NY States does NOT allow any expungement of criminal records, overall this conviction will be on your record permanently...

Felony convictions tend to seriously hamper the potential for future employment overall... It is CRUCIAL to have adequate and proper legal representation during a criminal case in order to ensure something like this does not happen...

Overall, most jobs tend to ask on the application about previous felony convictions... It very well mauy be to yur benefit to attempt to seek employment through a smaller clinical situation or begin planning to head toward self-employment as it may be very difficult to find the kind of job you want...

They say that everything happens for a reason, perhaps the reason for this is to simply nudge you in a diffrent direction that what you were thinking... think it through.
