Re: grand larceny
POTENTIAL Penalties for first time felony offenders are VERY wide ranging. Grand Larceny has many "degrees." You could be looking at anything from a reduction to a non-criminal offense with restitution all the way up to an indeterminate jail term of 1 1/3 to 4 years on an E-felony, 2 1/3 to 7 years on a D-felony or even 5 to 15 years on a C felony. Speak to a lawyer.
