grand larceny in the 4th degree
this is my first time ever getting arrested and locked up for the night for a felony. me and my mom basically stoled from kohl's. i was an employee and my mom would come and recieve free merchandise and give her money. we had never been ever detained i am 17 yrs old. whatcan i do is it possible that we can do an arrangement and pay off what we did. and go on probation for as long as the law says.i am very sorry what i did and so is my mom.is there a chance we can handle this without a bail and just make arrangements to pay it off???
