Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
grand larcney
a women was harassing my son while he was hunting . with her camera, not her propery and it wasnt posted,during all this she came at him with her camera serveral times and the last time he took the camera, with out contact to her,and turned it over to the cops. now he is going to be indited on this. why and what is grand larcney mean? he has 5 people to testafy on this
