Up State Time. As much as he has left on Parole. That is what he faces not what he will get if his lawyer does a good job.

Good luck.

The max time he faces would be the total time left on his parole, this is however wholly dependant on whether he is violated by parole... if there is a misdemeanor or felony conviction, this is pretty much guaranteed...

In cases such as this, all of the facts are EXTREMELY important... if there are any weaknesses to the grand theft case there may be some possibilities of attacking the case from that angle, overall, there are many strategies that an attorney could follwo through with in order to help, and ensure that he does not serve the maximum, if any time at all, however there is such limited information here, that it would be difficult for me to discuss anything more specific.
