Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
he was guilty of possesion of stolen property in the supreme court of ny .my son has been sentenced he is serving time in riker's island and he would like to file a motion for a two month sentence reduction. How would i go about this on his behalf

Once a person has been given a legal sentence it cannot be reduced.
