Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
gun charges
my friend is being charged with a loaded pistol that was found in a room he shares with some else. He is on parole and no search warrant was shown during their search. The parole offices were there with narcotic police how are they aloud to search without warrant? None of the parole offices were his. His parole officer had no idea this was taking place. How are aloud to do that?

Re: gun charges
If the search is found to be illegal the case must be thrown out.
If the room mate were on parole as well this could however give cause
For the search. If you need further assistance, or counsel on this
