should their be any other hand writing on a search warrant other then judges name in hand writting?

If you are asking whether other handwriting makes the warrant invalid, the answer is: usually not. Legal documents are not required to only be typed. Many documents are presented to the judge typed but the judge or assistant district attorney may edit the document by hand.
