What is most likely to happen with an arrest for two misdemeanors in Albany, NY after 10 months of being on ACOD in Queens, NY?

While there aren't really enough facts here, it would matter if you finished your time of "good behavior" on the ACD. You need to speak with your attorney about this and don't go to court without one.
