what happen if i have a misd degree 4 criminal possession weapon 4th it is possible to go to jail for that

You can be sentenced up to one year I prison, however if the initial charge is possession in thte third degree you may be facing a minimum of one year imprisonment if convicted.

You can get a year in jail but you can get probation instead depending on the circumstances.
