Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
How can this happen?
If I'm walking out of a bank and approached by a cop, and he arrest me for having money on me 300$ would I have a bail for 1500 and if so why if nothing was found on me?

Your question is unclear. What were you arrested for? What was the bail amount that was set? Did you get a property receipt?
