Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Harassment in the Second Degree, College Related
If I was convicted of harassment in the second degree (not aggravated), is there a chance that I will be expelled from my state college?
If I was convicted, would I still be given a chance to appeal?
According to the summons, I violated Violation 240.26 Subsection 0 of NYSPL. What does that mean?
