Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Harboring a minor
My boyfriend is 17 and I am 18. My boyfriend currently lives with his dad but now wants to go live with his mom. His dad refuses to let him go but his mom already bought him a bus ticket. I am his only transportation to the bus station. Can his dad have me arrested?
