Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
hello
i hired a lwyer for my husband but we now thinking that it wasnt the best choice for us.
the fee he asked us was for the trial, my question is if i decide to change lawyer would i be entitled to some of my money back??thank you very much

If part of the fee was specifically for a trial and there was no trial you would be entitled to that portion of the fee returned.
