hello
i would like to know, my husband is in jail and we are going to trial soon, our current lawyer just told me that he was not entitled to pre trial hearing whatsoever because a valid search warrant was issued , so my queston would be are we entitled to a pre trial hearing even if a search warrant was done??this is in nyc
