Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Is there a means to determine if a guilty plea at a public urination summons (Queens, NY) was to a "violation" or a crime?

I received a summons for public urination in Queens, NY. I appeared in court on the date indicated on the pink slip, pleaded guilty and paid a $50 fine. This happened several months ago.

I have since then misplaced this document, which I recall indicated the relevant penal code, but I am now trying to determine what the charge was for. I would like to know this so I can answer a potential employer truthfully if I have been convicted of a crime - the way I understand it, if I was charged under Health Code 153.09 then it is a misdemeanor crime that stays on my criminal record, but under NYC Administrative Code 116-18 this is a "violation". Does the fact that I was allowed to pay a $50 fine and leave indicate anything about the nature of the charge? If not, is there another way to know?
