Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

hey

on 10/5/2006 iwas arrested for pl 240.301b agg harassment2 then on 2/19/2007 iwas arrested for pl240.2601 harassment 2nd and pl 240.2003 disord conduct this was acod and was dismissed on 9/23/2007 on thursday 10/11/2007 i had taken pills the cops were called the y gave me aticket for unlawful possesion of marijuana in violation of 221.05 of oenal law all of these have been in front of the same judge and i want to know if i can go to jail because he asaid last time he did not want to see me in his court again

Your best chance at avoiding jail would be to have a good lawyer that can perhaps work out a good deal with the DA for you before you have to see the judge.
