Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
hi,i am accused of grand larceny,d felony,and frogery of business records,i used to work in a bank,and i took money.....I was arrested in 01/2010 then i was released bec. my sis and her freind are cops.since then up till now my case is still in court,it my first time to get in truoble,i am 31,I figured out today that i am pregnant,would that make the judge have mercy on me.
