Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Hobbs ACt

my brother and 3 additional

individuals are charged with

conspiracy to hijack a fed ex

truck(hobbs act). The fed ex truck

was never hijacked , because they

were arrested a few blocks from the

fed ex vicinity, but a fake gun was

recovered. He has no criminal

offense. My question, how many

years could he be facing?

This is a question for his attorney. If he doesn't have one, he needs to retain one right away. Your brother is facing serious charges. He definitely needs an attorney to help get him the best possible outcome.
