Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I became homeless and contacted my probation officer stating I had no where for me and my 3 month olld son to live other then five miles out side of county lines with my father and he stated unfortuntly I cant tell you where to live and that he would send out transfer papers. Then a false assumption was made to socail services about my son so we had to get tested for thc and I admitted to smoking once but no test was taken and now my probation officer will not put in transfer papers and states I have to move back to that county when I have no where to go. what can be done?
