Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Homicide?
yes-consider person 'A' is attempting to intentionally kill party 'b' by a set up staged accident. In the staged accident, 6 others are injured. Of the injured 6 ,one is injured so badly and permanently, he does not want a life hooked to life support systems and commits suicide because of this. Is this a type of homicide attributable to party 'A' ?
