Homicide?

yes-consider person 'A' is attempting to intentionally kill party 'b' by a set up staged accident. In the staged accident, 6 others are injured. Of the injured 6 ,one is injured so badly and permanently, he does not want a life hooked to life support systems and commits suicide because of this. Is this a type of homicide attributable to party 'A' ?

There may very well be a good possibility of such a charge occuring, but it does not necessarily mean that this will be the end result in the case, the person would have some obvious defenses...
