Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I honestly do not know which section of law to put this? but yea, i have 2 summons that include false personation (190.23) and underage drinking (65.C NYS ABC). These are my first offenses in anything. I was really scared and frightened when the officers approached me. i was just wondering what fines or penalties i might be facing?

Probably your lawyer can plea bargain this to an ACD or a minor, non-criminal offense, with a fine nof under $250.
