An old house mate left a totalled vehicle on the property I rent for months While being asked to move it , after 8 months I scrapped it . What charges could

From the few facts that you have given, it doesn't appear you would face any charges. If the vehicle had been officially totaled then it held no value and so unlikely you would be accused of theft. This is only a hypothetical answer and it all depends on whether the vehicle was of any value. What effort you made to get in touch with the owner, etc.
