Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
my husband was arrested for selling to a under cover or informint but i had just found out that a friend of my husband had set him up. my husband went to pay this guy for work and a girl was with him i guess the girl with his friend said he sold drugs to her but he did not how can they get away with this charge and how can i prove this did not happen
