Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My husband was arrested in New York City yesterday on a 5 year old warrant from the Bronx. I was able to find out that he was being moved to the Bronx from Manhattan because that was where the warrant was issued. Is there anything I should be doing from the outside and is there a way to find out where they took him. I haven't heard from him or anybody for that matter in over 24 hours.

If retained, my office can track him down and find out where he is and represent him at the arraignment to see if we can have him released. You will probably need to post a bond.

Three possibilities. It could be a Supreme Court Warrant, a Criminal Court Warrant or a Family Court Warrant. Try calling the clerk's office of each of those Courts.
