Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My husband was convicted of DWI in 2002 and served 4 years in prison. Can he travel to Canada with me? What about moving there if I am a Canadian Citizen?

He cannot travel to Canada without prior permission from the canadian govt. You can get the forms and information online
