Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

my husband is faceing prison time for a probation violation his orignal charge is child sexual abuse his violation was not completeing a drug and alchol evaluation and moving into a house with child in the same bulding and accidentaly putting the wrong town while registering (hes not guilty of any but no one wants to here it) what kind of sentencing is he facing?

if found in violation, he would probably receive close to the maximum the charge allows, unless he plea bargains for something a little less. He should probably look to enter some in-patient treatment to avoid a long prison term.
