My husband just got a full reversal on a conviction that he did about 8 years on, he wants to know if he could file a meaningfull Lawsuit.. He's case cites, Ramchair V. Conway 671 F. Supp. 2d 371 and 601 F. 3d 66(2nd cir. 2010).
