Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My husband somehow got my posts on Facebook without my permission and is threatening to go to the district attorney to have me prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Is he allowed to obtain copies of this since we are not friends on Facebook, only communicate through attorneys andy Facebook is totally private?

What is on those post on Facebook? Are you arranging to have him killed. Nothing over the internet is very private. Generally only the police are barred from invading privacy. If one of your "friends" turned over incriminating evidence about you, you could be charged if what you posted constituted a crime.
