Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My husband just recently turned himself in after being on the run from parole for a year. He tells me he has sentencing next week and the time he does depends on what level he is! Who do I call or contact what level he is? He has no new charge it is just a violation of parole. How much time could he face?

He could face then completion of his sentence back in state prison, however long that original sentence may have been.
