Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My husband was remanded on a overturned conviction..today makes it ninety days that his attorney has been waiting for district attorney to appeal but they haven't.What happens from here? His lawyer plans to put in the 3030 motion. He's in on a burlery charge class b.
