Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
a husbands parole living conditions
can parole tell my husband he cannot live with me(his wife)when he gets released on parole even though he lived with me before and got violated outside of my home? I have never been convicted of any crime and was not living with him when his charges happened?

Re: a husbands parole living conditions
The information you describe is very strange. It doesn't mean that it is not happening however. If your husband is interested in co-habituating with you upon his release, he may have to seek an Article 78 ruling against Parole.
You should consult an attorney about this. I would be glad to discuss it with you. You may reach me by following the links below.
Good Luck.
